TO RAISE MONEY FOR THE WALLICH

WHERE: Cardiff City Hall
WHEN: Sunday, 10th May 2015 from 09:00 - 18:30

Our Mission

On Sunday May 10th we are bringing together our Yoga Community for a HUGE Yoga Event at Cardiff City Hall to raise funds for a local charity. This day is a coming together to share and experience in yoga, community and compassion.

About the Wallich

The Wallich are a Welsh charity doing something about homelessness in Wales. Their funding is under constant pressure from the cuts to Council funding and they need to find diversity of funds quickly. We hope to do the best we can to raise LOTS of money for them through this event whilst also providing you with a fabulous day of yoga, laughter and maybe a few new connections along the way?

"A human being is a part of the whole, called by us universe, a part limited in time and space. He experiences himself, his thoughts and feeling as something separated from the rest, a kind of optical delusion of his consciousness. This delusion is a kind of prison for us, restricting us to our personal desires and to affection for a few persons nearest to us. Our task must be to free ourselves from this prison by widening our circle of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature in its beauty..."
